Questions before starting a conversation
These answers support an initial discussion. Specific deliverables, timing and pricing depend on the need, information and agreed scope rather than a universal engagement package.
Can work focus only on brand or only on AI?
A discussion can begin with a single problem. Positioning, website content, knowledge organization and workflows have different starting points. Identify the result first, then the capabilities required to address it.
Do I need a complete brief?
You can begin with a situation, existing documents or a real operation. The first work clarifies the problem, participants and constraints. Information gaps should be recorded rather than filled with assumptions disguised as confirmed requirements.
Does a concept screen mean a production product exists?
No. Prototypes and sample data help examine content, interaction and direction. Production work may also need backends, permissions, persistence, integrations and operational validation. The scope of a deliverable requires separate confirmation.
How are time, cost and outcomes discussed?
Clarify deliverables, information, dependencies and acceptance before estimating effort. Unsupported outcomes are not guaranteed. Existing priorities or non-negotiable constraints are useful information for the initial conversation.
