How people and AI collaborate
AI can assist with organization, analysis, generation and execution without obscuring responsibility. Task design should make inputs, judgments, handoffs and authority visible.
Define a transferable task
State the goal, permitted information, operating boundaries and output format. For interview analysis, preserving quotations and labeling inferences makes results easier to check than a general request for analysis.
Keep decisions with people
Major direction, external commitments and approval need identified human roles. AI can prepare alternatives and evidence, allowing people to focus on tradeoffs. A candidate does not become accepted simply because it appears in a document.
Design execution and review separately
Match review to risk. Drafts can iterate quickly; formal data and external actions require a clear operating scope and result checks. Record demonstrations separately from production execution, and provide a way to stop and return the issue to a person.
Preserve context for the next participant
Record sources, input versions, actions, known issues and the next step in team-readable artifacts. Keeping them beyond a model’s private conversation supports continuity when people, tools or working sessions change.
