Get to know AiTOM
AiTOM works across brand growth and AI transformation. This handbook explains how we frame problems, organize work, use knowledge and AI, and make results inspectable and maintainable. Each chapter has its own address so you can read and share it directly.
The problems we work on
A business problem often spans strategy and execution. An unclear brand position affects websites, sales and service; purchasing AI tools does not automatically remove manual data handling. Start with the outcome that needs to change, then identify the relevant combination of brand, knowledge, workflow, design and technology.
Three working principles
Human responsibility keeps major direction, approval and accountability with identified people. Traceability preserves sources, versions, experience and decision context. Lean practice tests a useful, limited scope before increasing investment. These principles guide the work rather than replace project-specific agreements.
How to read this handbook
Begin with positioning and the relationship between the two focus areas to understand AiTOM. For a potential collaboration, read scope through delivery. The capability articles explore individual methods in more depth; this handbook provides their shared context and practical boundaries.
How to interpret website content
A method description, planned article and product demonstration serve different purposes. Planned articles are not completed guides, concept screens do not establish production readiness, and unsupported figures are not outcome guarantees. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed for each engagement.
